What kind of products do you sell?

Besides coffee that is freshly roasted and very tasty we have many other products such as loose leaf teas, Ghirardelli chocolate powder, Virtu syrups, Routin syrups, tea from Twinings and Stash, biscuits from Lotus and Grandma Wilds, sugar sticks, frappe mixes from Zuma, ripple wrap corregated take out cups and many more.

We also have a range of barista tools such as milk jugs, hand tampers, thermometers, knock out boxes, aprons and more.

Who do you supply coffee to?

Anyone and everyone who is interested in serving great coffee. We mainly work with small to medium sized coffee shops but also supply to some restaurants and hotels.

It doesn't really matter to us as long as you are interested in serving great coffee. We even supply coffee to domestic users!

How can I place an order or set up an account with you?

Please give us a call or send us an e-mail and let us know what you are looking for. We will then set up an account for you and get things going.

I only have a small coffee shop, does that matter?

Of course not, not a problem at all. It doesn't matter how much coffee you buy. We rather have you selling 20 coffees a day which are delicious and well made then 100 coffees which are poorly made. No matter how much coffee you sell, we are more than happy to work with you and help you to increase the amount of coffee you are selling.

After all, better coffee leads to more coffee sales and happier customers.

Can I set up a standing order or can you call me every week?

Sure, no problem at all. We are more than happy to set up a standing order or to arrange a phone call every week to see if you need any coffee.

Can you offer me a discount?

We have decided to offer discounts on bulk orders. These are standard discounts and apply to everyone. It means that we can treat everybody the same, whether you are big or small. This bulk discount makes the price of our coffee even more attractive!

When do you deliver the coffee?

We roast our coffee daily and you will most likely receive your coffee the day after roasting. This is usually the day after you order the coffee but it might take a day longer depending on the time of ordering.

Usually we say you will receive your coffee within 3 days of ordering, but it will most likely be the next day.

Can I have some samples?

Yes you can. We can arrange a sample pack of small amounts of coffees, teas or chocolate powder for a small cost. We have to charge a little as we are asked all the time for samples and we really do our best to keep our costs low so we can offer great coffee at a good price.

I would like to come over to meet you and try your coffee...

Great! We like to meet new people who are interested in our coffee. Usually we meet people at our training location in Halifax. Here we can have a relaxed chat about what we can do for you and you can have a play on the equipment and try as much coffee as you like.
